Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and select international locations. All orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped via our standard shipping service.

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $80.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: $5.99 per order for orders under $80.
  • International Shipping: Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

All prices and shipping fees are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Gold-Plated Earrings: Must be unworn, in original packaging, and in resale condition to qualify for a return or exchange. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn earrings.
  • Preserved Roses with Necklace: These items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Service@aurabrillyn.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear images of the item to verify its condition.
  2. We’ll provide return instructions (return shipping costs may apply).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement if you opted for an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

International Orders

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges due to shipping and customs restrictions.
  • However, if your item arrives defective, please contact us with clear photos of the item within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Final Sale Items

Customized or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
